Resetting Password
Overview
This document guide you through the process of changing your password in Ember.
This feature is intended for organizations and users **without** SSO.If you sign in with SSO, you do not need to reset your password as that is managed through your organization’s identity solution.
Change Your Password
There are two options to reset/update your password for Ember if your aren't using SSO; #logged-in-already and #forgotten-your-password.
Logged in Already
Click on your profile icon in the Ember header
Click **Reset Password**
Enter your email and click **Send Reset Instructions**
Check your inbox and click the reset link (expires in 24 hours)
Enter and confirm your new password
Forgotten Your Password
On the login screen, enter your email
Click **Reset Password**
Enter your email and click **Send Reset Instructions**
Check your inbox and click the reset link (expires in 24 hours)
Enter and confirm your new password
