Announcements & Notifications
Overview
Announcements are broadcast messages published by Medecision to inform Ember users about important updates, new features, maintenance windows, or other platform news. Notifications are personalized alerts triggered by activity relevant specifically to you.
Check your **Announcements** regularly, especially before scheduled implementation activities
Notification Banner
When new announcements are posted they may be posted to the in-site banner. From here you can see the details of the announcement or navigate to the Notifications & Announcements page.
The banner is collapsed initially and can be expanded to show more details.
Click the arrow
icon to expand the banner.
Quick Notifications & Announcements List
In the Ember header/site navigation click the bell
icon to display a list of recent announcements.
Click View All to navigate directly to the Notifications & Announcements page.
Notification & Announcements In-App Popup
High priority notifications and announcements may be shown as a popup.
Click Acknowledge or X to close this popup.

Click on View Communications on the landing page or navigate directly to https://ember.medecision.com/notifications
Announcements are listed with a title, preview text, date, and type/tag badges
Click any announcement row to **expand** and read the full content

Filter Announcements
On the Announcements page:
Search by keyword in the search bar
Filter by Type — All Types, Updates, Announcements, or Notifications
Filter by Tag — Release, Outage, etc. (tags vary)
Sort — Newest or Oldest
Show Archived — Toggle to reveal older archived announcements
Subscribe to Email Notifications
If you receive an email notification from Ember, it will link back to the relevant content within the platform
On the Announcements page, click the Subscribe button
If you wish to unsubscribe then click the Unsubscribe button
Notification emails are sent via Mailgun from a Medecision email address. Add it to your safe senders list to avoid spam filtering.
