Welcome to Ember, Medecision's client portal. This guide will walk you through logging in, navigating the platform, and finding what you need.

If you are a new Ember user and your organization does not utilize SSO, you will receive an invitation email. The email contains a link that expires in 7 days.

Open the invitation email from Medecision

Click **Accept Invitation**

On the invitation page, enter your first name, last name, and a new password

Click **Create Account** — you are logged in automatically

If your invitation link has expired, contact your Medecision representative to request a new one.

If your organization has SSO configured with Medecision, you will be redirected to your organization's identity provider automatically upon entering your email.

Navigate to [https://ember.medecision.com](https://ember.medecision.com/)

Enter your email and click continue

If you organization has access to ember enter your password

Click **Sign In with Password**

After logging in, you land on the Ember home page, your hub for everything on the platform. Use the main navigation to access features.

Displayed options are based on your organization's enabled features.

To log out / sign out, click the user profile icon in the header of the site

Then click **Sign Out**

After 30 minutes of inactivity Ember will log you out automatically.

Medecision will occasionally publish announcements about new features, scheduled maintenance, or important updates. These appear:

Click the bell icon in the site header to view recent notifications.

Additionally you may subscribe to email notifications for all announcements on the Notifications & Announcements page by clicking the Subscribe button!

A stable internet connection is required. Some features (video content, file downloads) perform best with higher bandwidth.
