Overview

Our product support features are powered by Intercom, an in-app chat messenger that gives you access to the Medecision support team without leaving the platform.

Support Chat

Use any of these methods:

  • Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any Ember page

  • Click Get Help in the landing page

The chat widget is enabled per organization. If you do not see the chat icon, contact your Medecision representative to confirm it is enabled for your organization.

Create a Ticket

Open the support messenger

Click **Create a Ticket - Support Ticket**

Fill out the form

A Medecision support team member will respond

Outside of business hours, your message is saved and a team member will respond when available.

Continue a Previous Conversation/Ticket

Your chat history is saved automatically. Open the messenger and click any previous conversation to continue it.

Ticket Portal

Click on **Ticket Portal** from within the Support widget.

It will open a new browser page at your organizations ticket portal where you can view all tickets your organization has created.

You are able to respond to any ticket within the ticket portal.

If your issue is urgent or business-critical, ensure that you use P1 priority.
