Appointments Within the Member Application
Overview
Appointments in the member application allow users to schedule, manage, and review their upcoming consultations with a care manager. Through the app, members can view available time slots, select preferred dates, and receive reminders. This feature streamlines the scheduling process and ensures timely notifications, ultimately enhancing user experience and engagement.

When you would like to schedule or reschedule an appointment using the member application.
You must have access to phone or email for accessing the Member App.
Scheduling an Appointment
There are various ways to schedule a clinical appointment. This section explains how to schedule an appointment from the member app.
Log into the **Member App**.
Click on **Appointments**, bottom left of screen.
Click **Request Appointment**.
**Select** **Program** and **Select** **Reason for Appointment**.
Program will default to the Program you are in (but can be changed) and Reason for Appointment is configured by your organization.
**Select timezone,** the date, and the time of the requested appointment. Click **Next** to move to the next step.
Review your contact information and click the **Receive Reminder** box if you would like to receive appointment reminders. Click **Next** to move to the next step.
Review the appointment details, and then click **Submit**.
You will also receive confirmation of the appointment requested. Click **Ok**.
After you click OK, you will see your appointment card.
You will also receive an email or text confirming your appointment and offering a link to make changes.
Email or Text are the options based on your preference.
Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment from a Link
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment from the text or email confirmation sent or within the member app.
To cancel or reschedule using the text or email, clink on the link.
To cancel, click **Cancel**. To reschedule, select a new date, and then time and click **Re-schedule.**
