Pausing a Journey Within the Member Application

Overview

One of the features of the Guided Health Journey is the ability to pause the program. From the Member portal, a person can decide to pause the program and their journey with one click. When ready to resume, simply 'un-pause'.

* Access to Smart Phone or Computer * Text or Email

When you want to remain in the program, but need to suspend automated activities for a period of time.

* A Care Manager can pause and resume a journey via the application, similar to how the member can in the member portal. * The Care Manager can continue to work with the member telephonically during the pause. * When a journey is paused, the program stays active, but all automated actions within it stop. This includes reminders, surveys, and messaging including email and SMS.

Pausing a Journey

There are various reasons why a person would want to pause their journey. The Member App makes the process simple.

Log into the **Member App**.

Click the **person**

icon at the top of the page.

Click **Program Settings**.

Enable the **Pause Program** option by clicking the toggle.

Toggle will be Green when Pause Program enabled.

Resume the Program Journey

To un-pause, disable the Pause Program option.

Resume the Program Journey by clicking the toggle.
