Logging In to the Member Application
Overview
The Member App is a user-friendly mobile application designed to provide members with easy access to their account information and services. Features include real-time updates, notifications, and the ability to manage personal data and settings efficiently. This app aims to enhance the overall member experience by ensuring convenience and on-the-go accessibility.
This guide explains how to log in to the Member App.
* Access to Smart Phone or Computer * Text or Email
When you would like to be enrolled in a Guided Health Journey and are willing to participate in the digital aspects of this type of program.
* You must respond via Text or Email to initiate registration. * Non-response will eventually close out the invitation per the configured time. * Guided Health Journeys close automatically after the configured time has passed.
Logging In to the Member Application
You will receive a link via email or text, dependent on your preference.
After being enrolled in a digital program, you will receive a welcome message depending on your communication preference - SMS, email, or both. You will have the following options:* **YES** - Reply YES, if you are interested in joining the portal to enroll. * This is the path we will follow. * **NO** - Reply NO, if you are not interested in enrolling. * **HELP** - Reply HELP, if you would like additional information.
Reply **YES**. You will receive a message that includes a link for accessing the portal.
Click on the link.
Confirm your identity by entering your first name, last name, and date of birth(DOB).
Click **Next**.
Select either Email or Phone to receive a verification code for two factor authentication:* Enter your email or phone number. * Click **Verify**.
Enter the code you received, and then click **Validate Code.**
Read the Terms of Service, and then click **I Agree**.
After you agree, you are taken to your Care Journey Dashboard where you can begin your journey.
