Attaching a fax to a request:
Provides supporting documentation for a request, ensuring all parties have access to key information.
Acts as a verification tool, confirming details or authorizations required for processing.

Helps with maintaining a comprehensive record of communications and related documents for future reference.
This User Guide walks through the steps of attaching a fax to an existing request and viewing the attached fax.

When you need to attach a fax to an existing request
Note that after a fax is attached to a request, it moves from Unprocessed to Processed.
Attaching a Fax to an Existing Request
Click the **Faxes** tab in the Worklist, and then select the **Unprocessed** filter.
Go to the fax you want to attach and click the **Attach Request** icon.
In the Attach Fax to a Request window:1. Search for the request. For example, you can search by Request ID. 2. Select the Request. 3. Click **Attach Fax**.
After the fax is attached to the request, it moves out of the Unprocessed tab and into the Processed tab in the fax list. You can view the attached fax inside the request in the Attachments window.
Viewing the Attached Fax
Navigate to the Request by selecting one of the options below:1. Search via via Request ID. 2. Select from the list of Requests in your Request Queue by clicking on the Request.
Click the arrow icon  to expand the Notes & Attachments from the Request Details page.
Click the Attachments Tab to view the fax.
