Accessing Tasks from the CPV
Overview
You can access tasks related to a specific person from the CPV.
Tasks that display on the CPV include:
Tasks created at the person level
Tasks created as part of the person's program
Going to the CPV lets you view all tasks for the person, including the tasks that are not assigned to you. You can filter for Open or Closed tasks, or you can view All tasks for the person.
* Access to Care Management * Permission to view tasks * Permission to modify tasks (if applicable)
When you want to see all tasks for a person regardless of assignment.
If your organization uses Utilization Management, Request tasks also display in the CPV.
Accessing Tasks from the CPV
From the person's CPV, click **Tasks**.
Filter tasks as needed. Filtering can be done using the **All**, **Open**, and **Closed** tabs above the tasks list.
Click the task to view or edit it.
