Worklist Customizations
Overview
You can personalize any accessible worklist by choosing the columns to display and setting your preferred filters. Your configurations are saved upon logging off, and they are automatically applied the next time you log in, ensuring your worklist is always tailored to your preferences. You can modify these customizations at any time to continually optimize your worklist for maximum efficiency.

When you want to customize worklists to your preferred way of viewing.
* Several columns in the worklist are not able to be removed from display. * The order of the columns in the configuration selector is not related to the order the columns display in the worklist.
Configuring Columns on a Task Worklist
On the **Tasks** tab of your worklist, another user’s worklist, or a department’s worklist, click  **Table Settings.**
Select columns to display in your worklist.
Deselect columns to remove from display in your worklist.
Click anywhere on the homepage to close the column selector.
Grayed out columns cannot be removed from display.
Click on a column header label to sort in ascending or descending order. Sorting is applicable to these fields: **Due Date, Priority, Type, Reason**, and **Association.**
Configuring Columns on a Program Worklist
On the **Programs** tab of your worklist, another user’s worklist, or a department’s worklist, click  **Table Settings**.
Select columns to display in your worklist.
Deselect columns to remove from display in your worklist.
Click anywhere on the homepage to close the column selector.
Grayed out columns cannot be removed from display.
Click on a column header label to sort in ascending or descending order. Sorting is applicable to these fields: **Program, Severity, Start Date, Enrolled**, and **Source**.
Filtering by Dates on Tasks
There are three standard date filters on the Tasks tab of all worklists. The selections you make on each distinct tab are saved from session to session.
Select one to display tasks within the selected filter:
Due Today: Displays tasks with a due date of today’s calendar date and owned by the worklist you are viewing.
Overdue: Displays tasks that are overdue by any length of time and owned by the worklist you are viewing.
Range: Displays tasks that have a due date within the selected range and owned by the worklist you are viewing. This range can be manually entered or selected from the calendar picker.
Note: It is possible to have tasks that are _overdue_ and _due today._
Filtering by Dates on Programs
There are three standard date filters on the Programs tab of all worklists. The selections you make on each distinct tab are saved from session to session.
Select one to display tasks within the selected filter:
Today: Displays programs with a start date of today’s calendar date and owned by the worklist you are viewing: Displays programs with a start date of today’s calendar date and owned by the worklist you are viewing
Prior to Today: Displays programs with a start date prior to today’s calendar date and owned by the worklist you are viewing.
Range: Displays programs with a start date within the selected range and owned by the worklist you are viewing. This range can be manually entered or selected from the calendar picker.
Note: It is possible to have tasks that are _overdue_ and _due today._
Advanced Filtering for Tasks
On the **Tasks** tab of your worklist, another user’s worklist, or a department’s worklist, click **Filters**. .png>)
Select any combination of the available task fields.
If you are filtering an individual’s worklist, you can select a _Department Owner._ If you are filtering a department’s worklist, you can select a _User Owner._
Click **Apply**._Alternate:_ Click **Cancel** to close the field selector and not apply any filters.
Click the **X** on a single filter to remove it.
Click **Clear All Filters** to remove all filtering except the date filter.
Inspect Task and Program Details
The Inspect Task and/or Inspect Program Details icon allows you to view the details of a task or a program and any notes associated without having to open the task and/or the program.
From the Individual or Department Worklist click the **Inspect** Task and/or Program
icon for the task and/or program.
This opens to the Task and/or Program Details:**TASK Details*** **Task Information:** Displays the details associated with the task.
* **Task Notes:** Display task notes that are associated with the task. To view the note, click the arrow
icon.
* **Program Notes:** Displays program notes that are associated with the program. To view the note, click the arrow
icon.
* From Task Details, you can take the following actions: * **Close:** Return to the Worklist. * **View CPV:** Go to the person's Comprehensive Person View (CPV). * **View Task:** Opens the task for viewing.
**PROGRAM Details*** **Program Details:** Displays the details associated with the program. * **Program Notes:** Displays the program notes associated with the program. * From Program Details, you can take the following actions: * **Close:** Return to the Worklist. * **View CPV:** Go to the person's Comprehensive Person View (CPV). * **View Program:** Opens the program for viewing.
Advanced Filtering for Programs
On the **Programs** tab of your worklist, another user’s worklist, or a department’s worklist, click **Filters**. .png>)
Select any combination of the available programs fields.
If you are filtering an individual’s worklist, you can select a _Department Owner._ If you are filtering a department’s worklist, you can select a _User Owner._

Click the **X** on a single filter to remove it.
Click **Clear All Filters** to remove all filtering except the date filter.
Filtering Unassigned Tasks and Programs
On any department worklist, an extra filter allows you to view items either assigned to both a department owner and a user owner, or exclusively to a department owner.
From either the Tasks or Programs tab in a department’s worklist, click the drop-down next to the date filters.
Select either **Assigned** or **Unassigned**.
