Guided Health Journey programs are designed to be an automatically closed when the configured journey run time completes. In certain circumstances, it is necessary to close an active Guided Health Journey program manually.

When a Guided Health Journey program open on a member must be immediately closed prior to the automatic closure date.

When a Guided Health Journey program is closed manually, the member does not receive any notification of closure. The member can still access the member app via their customized link, but no programs or resources are available.

After the identification of the digital program to close, go to the program’s detail view.

Click the **Close Program** button.

_Optional:_ Change the Close date or click a date from the calendar picker. The Close date must be on or after the Program Start Date and it cannot be a future date.

Select a **Close reason**.

Click **Close Program.**
