Overview
This user guide walks you through the features and functions of the Assessments Dashboard.

When you want to learn how to navigate the features and functions of the Dashboard.
The Assessment Builder application is a stand-alone module.
When you log in, the **Assessments Dashboard** displays.The default view has two filters. The focus is on **Program** Assessments and volume. The second filters by **All** assessments.
The Program and Request Assessment tabs display a count of all assessments (Active, Draft, and Not Active).
**Program Assessments** can be filtered by the following **subtypes**:* Member survey * Periodic check in * Program assessmentIf a condition is created for multiple subtypes, it displays under each associated tab.
**Assessment List**
The **Assessment List** includes the following columns:* **Description:** Identifies the assessments alphabetically. * **Subtype:** Displays the assessment association to a Program, Member Survey and Periodic Check In. * An assessment must be associated with at least one subtype and can be associated with multiple subtypes. * **Status:** Displays if the assessment is Active (available for use) or in Draft. * Active: Published at least once. * Draft: Has not been published at all and is still in progress. * Unpublished changes: When an active assessment is being modified, but has not been republished, it is displayed in the list.
**Show Not Active**Clicking **Show Not active** adds all Not active assessment(s) to the list. These are assessments that have been deactivated. **Show Not active** is not a filter.
**Pagination** functions are available on the Dashboard. Click a page number, or use the **Previous** and **Next** buttons for navigation. Each page contains 15 records.
**Request Assessments** defaults to all and can be filtered by the following **subtypes**:* Appeal * Grievance * Guided Intake
**Searching Assessments**Using the **Search** feature, you can quickly locate an assessment. The search will be run on the **current tab only** (Programs or Requests).Click the **Show Not active** to include the inactive assessments in your search.
**Import/Export**You can easily move your assessments from one environment to another using the **Import/Export** functions available on the Dashboard. Files are exported to or imported from your local machine.
**Export** can be done two ways:1. To export a single assessment, hover on the line of the specific assessment and click the export button. The exported file will be saved to the local machine of the user performing the export.
2. To export a single assessment or multiple assessments into one file* Click the **Export** button at the top of the page. * The Export Assessments box allows you to search for assessments and select one or more assessments to a file. * Both the Program and Request assessments will be presented for selection. * Not active assessments are not available to export using this export method, but can be exported as a single file as documented above.
**Import** a file by clicking  (5).png>)File explorer opens, and you can navigate to the directory the assessment file is located and select it. Once selected, the file imports and provides a status.

**Create New Assessment**Click **Create new Assessment** to start building your new assessment.
