Advanced Search

Overview

This user guide describes how to use the advanced search feature for finding persons or providers. In contrast to the quick search bar, this feature offers greater flexibility by allowing searches based on multiple data points. If you are unable to locate a person or provider using their ID or name alone and have additional information at hand, advanced search is the recommended approach to enhance your search capabilities.
