Member App Additional Features
Overview
The digital member app enhances member engagement and simplifies access to services. It provides users with an easy-to-navigate platform to manage their membership, track appointments and activities, communicate with care managers, and receive educational content.
This document will provide an overview of the Member Application.
* Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer * Ability to send and receive emails or text messages
When you want to view and manage additional information on the member app, such as reviewing your guided health journeys, editing your goals, and completing surveys or check-ins.
* You must respond via text or email to initiate registration. * Non-response will eventually close out the invitation per the configured time. * Guided Health Journeys close automatically after the configured time has passed.
Home Page
The Home page begins with the Care Journey. This page is the hub for all of your activities. Scroll to see available options or narrow down your options with a click.
**Your Program**At the top of the screen you can see your program. If you have multiple programs, click in the box to select the program you wish to view.
**Onboarding, Goals, Surveys**If these activities have been assigned or started you can scroll to view. If they have not been assigned or started, you can click in the box to focus on a topic and have the option to create.
**Additional Options**Click to access additional sections:* **Chats** - The chat function allows for real-time communication with a case manager. This feature enables you to discuss any urgent issues, seek clarification on processes, and receive personalized support promptly. For more information see the following user guide: [chats-within-the-member-application.md](chats-within-the-member-application.md "mention")_**.**_ * **Appointments** - Appointments in the member application allow users to schedule, manage, and review their upcoming consultations with a care manager. For more information see the following user guide: [appointments-within-the-member-application.md](appointments-within-the-member-application.md "mention")_**.**_ * **More** * **Health Insights** - This allows the user to manage their health by providing visibility to Goals and Appointments. * **Awards** - This provides a motivational and organized view of what you have accomplished through completion of surveys, check ins, and educational content. * **Educational Content** - This provides a library of content selected by the care manager and the user related to the users' condition. Goals
Goals help you track and manage your health objectives.
**Viewing Goals*** Click **Goals**. In this view, you can see your **In Progress** or **Completed** goals. * Click **Manage Goals** to add or delete notes.
**Adding a New Goal*** Click **+ New**. * Add a new goal by typing in the box. * Click **Save**.
After you save, your goal displays as **In Progress**.
Surveys
Surveys are configured by your organization, and they are used as a feedback and measurement tool for improving outcomes. Assigned surveys display in the member app.
Click **Surveys**. A status of New, In Progress, or Done displays next to each survey.
Click on the survey to complete or review.
Check-ins
A check-in will be assigned on a configured cadence. The purpose of a check-in is to determine if your situation has improved or gotten worse.
Click **Check Ins**. A status of New, In Progress, or Done displays next to each check-in.
Click on the check-in to complete or review it.
