Download PDF of Request
Overview
This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to download a PDF of a request. The information contained on the PDF includes:
Complete Request Overview: Request Details, Service Information, Letters, Notes, Outcome Summary
Supporting Documentation: Attachments, Custom Fields
Guideline & Review Information: CareWebQI (CWQI) Guidelines (if configured), Appeals, Assessments (including Guided Intake and Appeals)
Contact Information: Requesters

- Access to Utilization Management - Permission to view requests
When you need to download or print relevant request information.
* You must be able to access the request for which you want to download a PDF. * The information contained in the PDF depends on your organization's configurations.
Downloading a PDF
Go to the **request** for which you want to download a PDF.
Click the **Download PDF** button on the top-right of the request page.
Change the destination to **Save as PDF**.
Click **Save**.
