Audit History
Overview
The Audit History is the chronological record of changes and activities in the system, enabling tracking of actions taken by users and automated processes. This data is crucial for maintaining security, ensuring compliance, and facilitating troubleshooting.
Care Management offers Audit History on several features. This user guide walks you through accessing Audit History on multiple pages and provides a description of its features.

When there is a need to view the record of changes and activities.
When reviewing audit history, you should pay attention to timestamps, user, changed values, and event details.
Accessing Audit History
Audit History can be found on the following pages in the Comprehensive Person View (CPV).
**Tasks**1. From the CPV, click the **Tasks** tab to view tasks. 2. Find the task, and then click the **pencil** .png>) icon to edit.
3. Click the **Audit History** button at the bottom-left corner of the page.
**Programs**1. From the CPV, click the **Programs** tab to view programs. 2. Find the program, and then click the **arrow** .png>) icon to access it.
3. Click the **Audit History** .png>) icon near the top-right corner of the Program Details section.
**Assessments**1. From the Program Details page, click the **Assessments** tab. 2. Find the Assessment, and then click the **arrow** .png>) icon to access it.
3. Click the **Audit History** .png>) icon.
**Plan of Care**1. From the Program Details page, click the **Plan of Care** tab. 2. Find the Plan of Care, and then click the **arrow** .png>) icon to access it.
3. Click the **Audit History** .png>) icon.
**Cost Savings**1. From the Program Details page, click the **Cost Savings** tab. 2. Find the Cost Savings, and then click the **arrow** .png>) icon to access it.
3. Click the **Audit History** .png>) icon.
**Letters**1. From the Program Details page, click the **Letters** panel.
2. Click the **Letters** tab.
3. Click the **Arrow**
icon to access the letter.
4. Click **Audit History** button.
**Comprehensive Person View**1. **Profile** * When in Edit Details **Profile**, click the **Audit History** .png>) icon.
2. **Enrollment** * When in Edit Details **Enrollment,** click the **Pencil**

Audit History Features
Audit History includes the following features:
**Custom Number of Days Past:** Select a number of days past by clicking on the dropdown.
**Custom Date Range:** Select a custom date range by clicking on the calendar icon.
**Chronological Date Order:** Dates in chronological order along with a linear view of the change details.
